Nails urine turning dark yellow

Hi, I am 34 yrs, female, weighing 50-51kgs. I have thyroid from last 8-9yrs, which happened during pregnancy. Later I developed sjogren syndrome. Suddenly from few days I can see my nails are turning dark yellow from the top and corners. Also urine is appearing bright dark yellow. Along with swelling on face and body, itching at jaw line and eyes. Under eyes skin are turning dark red and seems lifeless and over eye skin is showing allergy type rash and bumpy skin. Seems skin is ageing rapidly, wrinkles are appearing, skin highly dry and not building collagen. Please suggest what all blood tests needs to be done and should I consult physician or any specialist, if yes, which specialist. Thanks

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
