23 year old female , i had a problem 4 years ago with my nails , they were painful , yellow from the tip and they kinda have zigzag not smooth surface . i also find ( alot of ) dandruff in my hair that wasn't present before .i was told it's a fungal infection however, i took so many medications and no improvement . i have a family history of DM and i'm overweight thank you in advance
