Hello sir, my kid will be 2 in june. He was pinched by my neighbor kid in face 2 days ago and the scar is still prominently visible. I applied coconut oil only. Should he be given Any OINTMENT or any TT to avoid infection.

If your  child has been vaccinated fully 1.5 years, DPT  booster also taken, no need of TT injection. It will protect baby till  5 years.. If visible injury with bleeding can apply MUPIROCIN ointment locally 2 to 3 times/day
