Hi, I've been having this discolouration in the left thumb nail since a while. I was told that it is due to use of hand sanitizer and was given this medication to apply on the nail. I do not have diabetes or any other known underlying condition. My meals are mostly consist of low carbohydrates with moderate protein and fat intake and I do heavy lifting workouts as part of my bodybuilding routine. Kindly advise on the same.
