Nail getting ripped off

Hello doctor. It's been a week since my nail came out 3/4 th as someone had stamped on my toe,so had to remove it wholly by making my toe numb. The doctor had put dressing on it and the next day I removed the dressing and put it again by applying betadine. Now the problem is some part of dressing is stuck to the nail flesh. How it should be removed
