Myringotomy surgery

In month of oct 2016, i underwent surgery in left ear called as myringotomy, which i believe was unsuccessful as i do not feel any benefit in hearing quality. Also the tube inserted has not fallen off. Please advice further.

Unilateral otitis media of effusion at the age of 30years need to be evaluated properly..Visit an ENT specialist to assess ear,nose and throat. remove grommet if required..
