I am myopic,(-1.25) power. My wife is also myopic (-1.25). How to prevent myopia in my child and keep his eyesight good? ( I am scared because we both are myopic. So I want to assure that at least our child wouldn't need to wear glasses in future. )

Hi Both of you are myopic but it's mild stage only so dont worry much, but chances of inheritance is 50℅ when both are myopic so only 50℅ chance can be managed by proper healthy diet, reducing indoor games and screen time to some extent
