Mychiro and Duphaston tablet before Preg

My doc has recommended me to take mychiro tablets twice a day before meals. And duphaston after 16th of my cycle.I am trying to get pregnant and had two previous miscarriages.Can anyone suggest how long should i continue these medicines as its nt mentioned in my prescroption and i cant contact my doc again.
