My TSH level is 12 i am having a lot of pain in my whole body kindly recommend something...I am also taking arthritis treatment but my reports relating to artheritis is always normal

Hello. Joint pain and arthritis cannot be explained by Hypothyroidism. You might be having osteoarthritis if the blood reports are normal.
Next Steps
kindly get TPO and Total T4 levels done. thyroxine supplementation is needed
