Hello My Tooth bleeds any Time I try to Prush tham and My Gum is receding Allso And I am not In place That i can Get a dentist Can you Tell A nature way to treat my self and Precent further damage ??

Sir you have to visit a dentist for final diagnosis and scaling. In the mean while you start brushing twice and do some warm saline rinses along with it so that the condition doesn't detiorate further. But still the gold standard remains " visit your dentist "
