Random sugar level checked was 148 with dr morephin. Is it ok or higher pls guide on the same. How much should I consider

One reading of fasting sugar gives only a snap shot of your sugar, and it could be affected due to stress, diet and other factors To confirm diagnosis of diabetes , you need Hba1c which is 3 month glucose average
