My Stool is soft but not come out

I am facing this problem for few months, my stool is soft and I drink lots of water also but stool doesn't come out , I sit in toilet 1/2 hr daily but nothing happen, in start it comes out in small quantity but after that nothing come out, I am very frustrated with all this, please help me out.
