My son TLC (Blood test) is 13,400

My Son had recently got some very small mark near the ear. Did his blood test. It showed TLC 13,400, neutrophil is 38, lymphocycle is 57. Pls suggest what does that mean. Whom to consult? Pediatrician?

Hi It might be some simple viral infection or mosquito bite. I can discuss in details if u can send pic and some other details like whether it is associated with itching/fever /pain. U should consult Pediatrician first. Plz feel free to discuss further if you need.
