My son suffering from body rashes

2 weeks back admitted in hospital for severe cough and 5 days antibiotics were given and nebulization as well. Wbc is too high which is around 43k due to viral infection. After a week now full body effected with rashes and doctor told it will take 7-14days to cure them. Most of infants in Hyderabad are being effected with body rashes. Can anyone suggest good medicine for this to get it cured asap...as there are few coming inside mount of my 10months baby boy Regards, Avinash
