My son was one month old .after breastfeeding he spills out milk most of time.he passes so gases through anus.he spills out milk after oner hour of feeding like curd.his breathing like noisy.he has cold . doctor gave him bestozyme and amoxlin (novomax),gastolic and coscoril syrup for him.also he take vitamin d3 and zincovit syrups.bestozyme is regulI taken 5drops.coscoril used when he has cold.the above medicines are okay to cure for his acid reflux and gas problem

No need to worry for vomiting  Its called as posseting.  Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp  Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only  Don't overfeed ur baby  Keep a watch on urine output  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day  If persistent vomiting then need to consult

I think Burping will cure your problem. Use nasoclear Saline nasal spray for noisy breathing
