Hi. Widal is NOT sufficient to say that he has typhoid fever as many of normal fevers also slide test comes positive. Blood culture is the definitive test. Give him a balanced home made diet and AVOID junk food. Can give vitamin supplement like Syp Zincovit 5 ml twice daily after food for 6 months.
