My baby is 2.7 yrs old he is feeling neausea and is vomiting mostly 2-3times but after giving domstol it is stop but even after giving domstol within an hour he still feeling to vomit. Where to go for check-up?

This can be due to gastritis. Syp Ondem (5ml/2mg) 5ml thrice daily Tab Lanzol-JR 15mg 1tab before food in the morning for 5 days ORS to drink Kindly stop Syp domstal If required please visit the nearby pediatrician for a clinical evaluation
