My son having cold and cough while testing he is allergy for dust Doctor recommended sporidex redimix 125mg and momenta no sale spray Can I give this medicine to him

If he's allergic,antibiotic have no role. If the problem is recurrent and effecting his routine or growth,then nasal spray can be given. Avoid exposure to dust and smoke,if possible.
