My son eats dust particles

My son 4years old from his childhood eating dust particles and automobile greese and disel ,petrol etc.and we are not able to control him in any way to stop this disorder.please tell me why he is doing like this? And steps to control this disorder.

This is called pica,and usually persists till 3 years of age. If still present after that age,could be either iron deficiency OR some psychological issues. Get him evaluated for both.
