My son is having a diarrhea. he is 2 years of age and hes poof has has many waters and bubble.. is there any medicine that can help my son

Firstly,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
