Bitting teeth on night also not eating anything, im feeding food for 2hrs.pls suggest me wat to do, he fell down from his cycle, wound in his forehead &  v put sutures

Age is not mentioned in your question.. u have two issues one is feeding ? In u r condition because of injury he is not eating or generally he is not eating 2) bitting teeth is the night it is normal only no need to worry initially but we have to change that habit slowly otherwise it continues for later age also
