My son age 2.5 yrs is vomiting

My son is vomiting from evening. Even after dose of 5ml vomiknd given twice he is still vomiting. He is taking nap of 20 mins and then again vomiting. He complains stomach pain also for a while.

He may be suffering from stomach infection. If oral anti emetic isn't working, u need to consult your pediatrician to rule out infection
