Urine pregnancy test is 90 to  95 % correct. Consult gynecologist and get obstetric ultrasound done. Know the age and site of pregnancy. According to them the method of termination is selected. It is done with tabltes before 7 weeks. After 7 weeks pregnancy should be removed surgically (DnC). Self medication should not be done.
