My age is 48,my right hand's rist l joint bone was broken,I went to a doctor and he plaster my hand,after 1 months doctor cut plaster, then I saw my finger didn't fold properly & I can't fist properly, then I started hot wax messaging, but nothing improvement,I think my right hands vain patching with each-othres, please tell me what can I do now???

Dear client massaging is contraindicated in fractures. Any how if you dont have any pain or swelling no use of waxing too. But of course visit some good physio who can help you with mobilization. But again you havent suggested which bone has fractured some of them are notorious to non healing.
