I am a married 24 year old software engineer,I have done full body checkup recently,I do have vit d and iron deficiencies and high prolactin.I don't have thyroid or pmos and do have regular period with 25 days cycle and menstruation flow continues upto 3rd day evening with mild cramps.So could anyone kindly let me know the underlying reasons for high prolactin in my body.
