My period was over on 13th April but my period started again today can you help what can be reasons ,I am not able to understand why this early I got my period

If you are hvng irregular bleeding then it could be because of polyp , pregnancy , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , medications etc. Get an ultrasound done and get yourself examined by a gynaecologist
