I am 23 year old and problem with my penis its not getting hard and without getting hard only by rubbing Sperm come out sometime it get hard but not for very long time and not properly. Also no Nocturnal Ejaculation even after 2 to 3 months. Please guide and i dont know medical terms so sorry for my language.
