My ocd issues

I already asked in Practo about this but I am getting questions from inside of mind. I am getting sexual thoughts about god and godesss (images of my self with my genital doing sexual acts with them) I am getting known that images of my body part touched to them. In our daily different thoughts the mental images we perceive through our different senses (like visual, smell, touch, hear and other senses.) The same happening for intrusive images for God and godesss. But iam afraid. Pls suggest me
