My niece have problem with testis

He is 3 months old and from birth his both testis is not showing at place. So shall we go for surgery or wait for sometime? We are staying in village and 400 km from pune. So can we come for consultation? Pls suggest.

First you need to make sure, that they are absent in normal position with the help of USG. Then, you need to find are they up somewhere in Abdomain, which we call in our language as Undescended Testis. Then, we can move ahead. Kindly get his USG abdomain done, and then we can discuss. You need to show it to your child specialist in urgent basis. Sometimes testies are in near bye area which can be seen by doctor. If they are no there then operation may be needed as early as possible. Surgeon opinion  is important.
