Hi ... Newborn girl babies bleed small amounts from vagina in the first few days after birth and is completely normal ...this is due to hormonal changes that occur after birth ... kindly see a nearby Pediatrician if bleeding is more or not subsiding or if bleeding from anus and not from vagina...
