My mother's cervical x ray

My mother has a cervical pain over a past few days after a doctor recommended her for a few exercises for neck. The doctor then asked me for her cervical xray but he didn't seem to understand anything. Can someone help me understand is there any problem with her neck. Is something I should be worried. X ray pics attached.
