My mum never sleep properly, sometimes she talks to herself, she communicate with people very less even with her own child, very agressive, dont want to take medicine, most of the time she lives alone, she thinks nobody loves her, want to live alone not even watch tv, and she is getting very fat

Probably,  she feels lonely,  and seeks Attention. Do fix an Appointment for her to visit a psychologist in your city personally. She might require some counseling sessions and which could be useful to her.
