My mother is not able to sleep in nights and facing fatigue and illness due to that. Physician are giving sleeping tablets but that's not the solution.

I strongly recommend you visit a Psychiatrist and Psychologist for a comprehensive treatment plan.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. With just this much history we cannot know what exactly is the problem. You need to just take her to a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
