I also wont be able to send my number due to privacy issues of practo. Anyhow by ur description the extra skin like growth over the black portion of the eye (cornea) is most likely a pterygium. If it is small in size then it wont require surgery. But if it is large and coming upto the centre of the cornea then it will require surgical removal. Use refresh liquegel eyedrops 3-4 times a day. If it is too much red and inflammed use FML eye drops 3 times a day for 2 weeks ONLY. If the problem persists or increases immediately consult a qualified Ophthalmologist.
