I have comfortable all work for example I will doing sex with my partner but my mind is not believing that and always sexual thoughts comings frequently in my mind also my testosterone level is 9.0ng/ml it mean I have no deffficiency but my mind always thinks negative thoughts more I have a beautiful wife and a cute son but that problem I also not take good sleeping time
