I am using this tablet and gargle for 5 days. After throat infection, by using this tablet I get more cough out of the body.

Don't use over the counter medicines, actually they may cause more harm. Gurgle with luke warm saline. If the cough does not subside with in a few days consult a good ENT doctor.
