I am 62 years of age. My lower middle tooth has broken while eating a meat bone. Now that portion is empty. I want to fill that with an artificial tooth. Please suggest.

Then we have to take a x-ray of that tooth to confirm if there is any root piece  of that tooth in the bone. If not then we can go for impression for artificial tooth otherwise we have to extract the root piece.
