Hello doctors, I have lower eye lid dry feeling and miner head spinning feel too after bed it come random days give natural treatment pls help me, I check my suger it normal. Thank you

Systane ultra 4-5 times + genteal gel once at bed time, if you don't get relief within week,consult ophalmologist.
