My left hand palm nerve is beating and littlpain is also there plz suggest me I went to doctor but nothing happens they told plz suggest me is there any problem

The symptoms you have suggested needs to be discussed in detail like Is there any chest pain on exertion Is the left hand pain is related to exertion , if yes , is it reduces by rest Any family history of heart disease Do you have any coronary risk factors like dyslipidemia , hypertension, diabetes etc
