My kid with 4 years 3 months with fever

My kid with 4 years 3 months suffering from shivering and fever. It's midnight now. Temperature is 101.2 degrees​. Please suggest how to control.

Sorry I got this question assigned now. You can give Meftal P for high fevers. And give paracetamol round the clock. You have to keep stock always at home. Tepid sponging also should be done to decrease the temperature. For correct doses according to weight meet your pediatrician.
