Dear Doctor, My kid is 4.5 yrs old and he has severe cold, running nose and temperature of 99.6C. please guide us on next steps

Hi, Give paracetamol for fever 6 hrly. Give Syr Cetrizine twice daily for cold Do steam inhalation Give warm water/ soup to drink frequently.
