Is he taking  treatment for hepatitis B. For BP :- avoid extra  salt. :-Use rock salt in food . :-Avoid fried things. :- drink leukiwarm water in morning. Home remedy  is not available  for BP but he can start ayurvedic  medicine  .for medicine  you can consult  here.
