So I am 16 years old.. I do masturbation everyday. And sometime twice a day.. my height is 5 feet 3 inch at 16 years old... So I saw a video on YouTube ayurveda channel. Iska isase masturbation slows the growth of my height.. and it can stunt my growth plates... I searched many websites on Google.. I am so confused... it is possible for my masturbation habit for my masturbation addict habit... Slows my height or stunt my height... I recently x ray  my hand and wrist... My wrist bone have fused.. so its means I have don't grow taller anymore... Can it is happen to me for my masturbation habit... Aur can I grow taller... Please help I search meaning websites on Google... I need some real information please help... I am so depressed about it please please please help.
