My head was spinning

Yesterday in the morning my head was spinning. It felt like my whole room was shaking. I sat down and still wasn't feeling good. Whenever i was closing my eyes i could feel the that my head my spinning. I slept for a while and when i woke up i felt weak but head spinning has stopped. Now whenever i walk or sit i feel weak and sometimes it feels that my head is spinning
