My HCG level

I checked my HCG level on 31st December it was 18.5, doctor told me it was positive and on 1st Jan I got periods. It lasted for 2 days I. E till 2nd Jan. On 2nd Jan I checked my HCG it is 7.45. Should I check again. I don't want to be pregnant

Decline in hcg level s/o non viable pregnancy - abortion, so do not worry but you need TVS - Trans vaginal sonography to consider it as complete abortion.

a BHcg level of > 25 is of concern to be followed up . With a value of 7.4 ,it is negative and you do not need to repeat the test.
