Hello.  Pls post a clinical photo and a dental x Ray if possible. Visit a dentist at the earliest. Your tooth may require one of the 3 treatments:- filling/ root canal and a cap / extraction. If tooth has never pained you may require only a filling. If tooth has pained before and is not paining anymore  you may require root canal or extraction.
