My friend needs an embryo transfer

My friend is about 3 weeks pregnant and cannot carry due to the fact she is in the military. Would we be able to do an embryo transfer since she isn't that far along???

U would need to identify a surrogate mother for this,or is it that u are looking to terminate this. .
