And his ct severity is 7 and he has been advised to take remdisivir. Is it really required as most of them i have seen have recovered with this injection

Remedesevir may benefit only till upto 10days of disease. Of there is worsening of symptoms or fall in sp02 below 93, get admitted and labs and scans will be required. Do not self medicate with steroids etc
Next Steps
Monitor symptoms. Awake proning most important. 2hrs on stomach then 30min on each lateral. Sit up at 45 degree angle maximum. Minimise lying supine.

If he is maintaining oxygen saturation by his own. And his Ct scan took place after 6 days of illness. Then it's not needed.
