I was going down stairs n i slip n my foot thumb got twisted to inside n now its paining n so much blood under my thumb nail n swealing

Get xray of your foot (ap and oblique views), apply ice 5-6times a day, take mild painkillers and keep your foot elevated over a couple of pillows until you get your xrays.
