Hi, both my feet have suddenly gone numb and I have a weak feeling in them, it almost feels like I can't move them. I can but it takes a lot more effort than normal or the way I should. I'm quite worried as I've never experienced this before and I already have anxiety so naturally, I'm worried about why it is happening in the first place. Could you tell me a little bit about what's happening and why, and if there is anything I can do about it?
